RAPPER TROY AVE ARRESTED AFTER DEADLY SHOOTING AT TI CONCERT

Last night's T.I. concert in Union Square ended before the rapper could even take the stage, as gunshots rang out in the venue's green room. Three people were injured and one victim was fatally wounded.

ABC News is reporting that rapper Troy Ave has been arrested for weapons possession and reckless endangerment. Ave was also injured during the shooting, though police say Ave may have accidentally shot himself. Ronald "Edgar" McPhatter, 33, was fatally shot in the stomach during the incident. McPhatter was a member of Ave's entourage, and according to a statement from his mother, McPhatter died while attempting to protect his friends. While McPhat

BJ THE CHICAGO KID WORKING ON MARVIN GAYE DUET

BJ The Chicago Kid has worked with some of the biggest names in hip hop, including Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, and Schoolboy Q. But apparently that isn't enough for him, because BJ just announced that he's creating a track with one of music's biggest and most iconic legends: Marvin Gaye.

"Marvin Gaye is a huge inspiration to me,” BJ said in a press release. “The music he graced us with gave the world a little more beauty, and a lot more soul.” BJ is signed to Motown Records, the same label that Gaye released most of his earlier work through.

When former Beatle and music legend Paul McCartney announced he was working with Kanye West, fans of both artists were initially shocked and apprehensive about the collaboration. Jaime Luis Gomez, or as we know him, Taboo, best known as a member of the Black Eyed Peas. He was born in Los Angeles, California as a Mexican-American on both sides, and Shoshone Indian on his mother's side.
