A$AP Mob Drops Visual Saga with “Cozy Tapes” Singles

Social media erupted when A$AP Rocky announced that his much-awaited Cozy Tapes is “finally finished,” via Twitter post. Merely one week following, we experience the first of perhaps several aftershocks, with the most recent taking the form of a visual saga.

Created by A$AP Rocky's AWGE company, the A$AP Mob proudly presents “Money Man/Put That on my Set”, a twelve-minute visual montage depicting dark scenes in a crime-flooded urban underworld, wherein a nefarious cult stalks the young woman Rina and her little brother.

The video is directed by Pretty Flacko alongside “L$D” visual director Dexter Navy and showcases scenes taken in London. It also features two new songs from the Cozy Tapes project, “Money Man” with A$AP Rocky and Nast, as well as “Put That on my Set” which shows Rocky alongside Skepta—both songs recorded at the Red Bull Studios located in London.

While Rocky has yet to announce a definite release date, the rapper spoke in a recent MTV interview saying that the album is “an introduction to a new cozy way. It's really rap-punk meets alternative underground.” As far as details go, the singles “Yamborhgini High” and “Crazy Brazy” will be catalogued in the album's song list.

And regarding A$AP Mob's new visual saga, Cozy Tapes Volume. 1 is shaping to be their latest magnum opus. The video can be accessed via link below.
